- 53 year old "mother" of 3 cats [My limit was 2 ~ However, cat #3 decided my limit was 3!] Graduated from Morehead State University's fully accredited Veterinary Technician program. Was on the dean's list for the last 3 semesters. Worked in a mixed animal practice with 2 veterinarians for 7 years. Worked in a privately owned small animal sanctuary (until funding ceased.) Created and oversaw an animal adoption agency in the southeast. Began the building of an animal shelter in the same area. Have done many years of pet sitting, and will always treat yours as my own. Have cared for / owned / done caretaking for: dogs ~ cats ~ goats ~ horses ~ hogs ~ pet birds ~ fish ~ llamas ~ alpacas ~ cattle ~ chickens. Have experience working with kidney failure / insulin dependent diabetes / behavior problem cats / paralysis / more..... Am current on my own rabies vaccinations (I promise not to bite anyone!)
